Meet Our Founders

Scott Klaas is the co-founder of Lifetime Realty Group and one of the Owners of Keller Williams Milwaukee Southwest (in New Berlin) and KW Prestige (in Germantown). He lives, works, and spends his time in the great community of New Berlin and has two children Samantha and Ben. He is actively involved with his community through many charitable organizations and was a Basketball Coach at Eisenhower for 7 years. Scott has a degree in education from UW La Crosse and he uses his teaching background every day in helping his agents and clients understand the Real Estate Market and Industry.

Jeremy Rynders is the co-founder and listing specialist for the Lifetime Realty Group.. He is the proud father of three girls: Sophie, Aubrey, and Lucy. He spent over 9 years working for a family dude ranch business (Stagecoach Trails Guest Ranch) in the hospitality industry where great customer service was the top priority. This background has helped him become one of the top Realtors® in Southeast Wisconsin since becoming a licensed real estate agent in Spring of 2009.
